Laundromat FAQ
We are open 7 days a week.
Hours: 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Last Load: Please have your last self-service load in the washer by 7:00 PM to ensure you have time to dry and fold before closing.
Note: We are closed on major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day) and have shortened hours on Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Yes, our laundromat is fully attended. That means that there is always someone present to offer you assistance or to answer any questions you may have.
For our self-service machines, we are a coin-operated facility. We have an on-site change machine for your convenience.
Absolutely. We have heavy-duty, oversized washers specifically designed for bulky items like king-sized comforters, sleeping bags, and rugs that won’t fit in a standard home machine.
Wash and Fold Questions
You can leave your laundry with us any time during operating hours.
We wash everything with the 5-in-1 PowerPax. PowerPax laundry detergent pods, are 5-in-1, high-efficiency capsules designed for commercial-grade cleaning. They combine detergent, stain fighters, color boosters, odor eliminators, and fabric softeners in a single dissolvable pod.
Our wash and fold service is $2.00/lb. for two-day turnaround time. If you would like your clothes back the same day it is $2.50/lb. and must be dropped off by 10:00 am.
There is a $20 minimum for all wash and fold orders.
Our standard turnaround time is 2 days. Next-day service is available upon request, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you based on current demand. Same-day service is also available for an additional fee, with laundry dropped off by 10:00 AM.
No. In order to maintain our strict hygiene guidelines, we never mix one customers laundry with another's.
Pickup and Delivery Questions
Our pickup and delivery service is available Monday - Friday, 7 am - 4pm.
We proudly offer free pickup and delivery service for your convenience. Our pricing is the same whether you drop off your laundry or schedule a pickup. Recurring service is just $2.00 per pound, while on-demand, as-needed service is $2.25 per pound.
There is a $25 minimum for our pickup and delivery laundry service.
Our standard turnaround time for our laundry service is 2-days. Orders picked up on Fridays are returned on Monday.
Scheduling a pick up is simple. Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and input your information.
You do not. Just tell us in the driver's notes where you will be leaving your laundry bag(s) so our driver knows where to find them. Please make sure it is a secure location. The Clothes Basket is not responsible for stolen laundry.
No problem! There is a section called "Preferences" where you can leave us instructions on how you would like your laundry done. This information is saved and done every time.
You do not. We are confident you will stick with us as long as we continue to provide you with outstanding service.
When you sign up, we ask for your credit/debit information. Your card will not be charged until your laundry is finished.
We recommend putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a trash bag that cinches closed.
If you are a recurring customer and you plan to be out of town, you can log into your account and suspend your service until you return.
Dry Cleaning FAQ
Yes, we are a full-service cleaner. We handle: Professional dry cleaning and shirt laundry. Specialty items: Wedding gown cleaning and preservation, leathers, suedes, and furs.
Yes, with our laundry pickup and delivery service we can pick up your dry cleaning with your wash and fold order, or by itself.
